Meet
Caroline Bogan, PA-C
Caroline grew up in Charleston, South Carolina, before attending the University of Virginia, where she earned her bachelor's degree. After college, she returned to Charleston to work as a Medical Assistant at Charleston ENT & Allergy before moving to Richmond, Virginia, to attend South University, where she completed her Physician Assistant education.
Outside of work, Caroline enjoys exploring new restaurants around Richmond, attending Richmond Flying Squirrels baseball games, and spending time with family and friends. She is excited to assist in the operating room, care for patients in the clinic, and help them achieve the best possible outcomes throughout their reconstructive journey.

Nikki Bellio, L.E. CCMA
As a licensed esthetician and medical assistant, Nikki gets the best of both worlds—combining clinical care with skin confidence. Her top priority is always to create an uplifting space where women feel completely safe, heard, and beautiful. In her free time, you can usually find her out clearing my head on a long walk or hunting down the best new local food spots to try.
